Before applying for a graduate assistantship, an applicant must have applied for enrollment, and been admitted to, a graduate program at LMU. All requirements for admission to degree candidacy must be completed before a graduate assistantship position can be awarded.
To apply to be a Graduate Assistant, simply fill out and submit the form below. Prior to submitting the GA Application, the candidate should make sure they have read the current Graduate Assistant Handbook and understand the requirements of being a GA.
Please note that applying for a GA position does not guarantee placement, and the receipt of a GA position may not completely cover all costs associated with a graduate program.
Graduate assistantship applications should be submitted by the following dates:

Academic or University departments seeking graduate assistants will review applications
and conduct interviews. Students will be contacted by the supervisor if a particular
department wishes to interview them for an open position.
The Office of Enrollment & Student Affairs will issue an award letter to each student receiving a graduate assistantship. The letter must be signed by all parties before the student can begin work.
